The 跨专业教育办公室 (IPE) at 上州医科大学 promotes the development of teamwork, 协作, 以及我们四所学院学生的沟通技巧.  We support 上州医科大学’s goal of furthering the 跨专业教育协作’s (IPEC) four core competencies of IPE for all of our learners:  

  1. Work with individuals of other 职业 to maintain a climate of mutual respect and shared values. (跨专业实践的价值观/道德规范)
  2. Use the knowledge of one’s own role and those of other 职业 to appropriately assess and address the health care needs of patients and to promote and advance the health of populations. (角色/职责)
